Full trailer for FX drama ‘The Bridge’ released; show shot in Borderland

The full minute-long trailer for the FX drama “The Bridge” has been released ahead of the show’s July 10 debut.

FX has ordered 13 episodes of the show starring Diane Kruger and Demian Bichir. The show’s pilot episode was filmed in El Paso in April.

The TV show is based on the Danish/Swedish series “Bron,” which was set on the border of Denmark and Sweden.

“The Bridge” is based set in El Paso on the U.S.-Mexico border and involves a police detective from each side of the border investigating a body found on an international bridge.
