El Paso named 1 of top 10 cities to raise a family
El paso has been named the No. 3 best city to raise a family in America, according to Movoto.
“El Paso placed highly in school rank and park space,” according to the El Paso entry on the Top 10 List.
Movoto came up with the list by surveying the 50 most populous cities in the country based on seven criteria. As with their previous top 10 pieces, they ranked each city from one to 50 for each criterion, with one being the best score. They then took the average rank across the criteria.

Cost of living Public schools rank Park space Home ownership Crimes per capita Unemployment Commute time
