7.26.13 el paso woman who drowned identified

El Paso Police have identified the 36-year-old woman who drowned in an East Side swimming pool as Jeannette Torres of the 1400 block of Cedar Oak.

Police say she drowned at a pool in the 12200 block of Chato Villa shortly before 1 p.m. on July 24.

Police also said that Torres did not live at the home where she drowned.
