Beheaded cat found in Manhattan Heights neighborhood

A beheaded cat was found this morning in a Manhattan Heights neighborhood. Residents found it at the corner of Piedras and Louisville.

Residents told ABC-7 crews they found just a head with two legs placed in the street. One woman said she believes it was intentionally placed there.

Animal Control is now investigating.
