Complete I-10 Closure
Drivers beware, starting July 27, I-10 will be completely closed westbound between the Americas Overpass to the Zaragosa Overpass.
The closure will be from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. in the morning until Friday August, 1.
TXDOT said the only detour for westbound traffic must get off at exit 34 and re-enter at the temporary I-10 entrance ramp.
Gateway East will also be completely closed from Alzar Street and East of Alzar. Eastbound traffic will need to make a right turn onto Alzar St to avoid the temporary closure.
