ABC-7 Storm Track Weather – Cooler and mostly dry with a sun and cloud mix.

El Paso’s weather pattern will be a bit cooler with a mix of clouds and sun.

We will have an easterly flow that will help return low-level moisture to the region and push a cool front through Thursday night. The eastern areas could see an increase in clouds, particularly across the Sacramento Mountains, where easterly upslope flow should encourage low clouds to develop.

Temperatures will respond accordingly. Much of the area is likely to remain in the 70s through the weekend, making for a cooler stretch. Easterly winds will also become breezy at times, with the strongest winds focused along the western mountain slopes.

The weekend looks fairly nice with temps in the 70's.

For early next week, expect isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms, with temperatures potentially climbing back toward 80 degrees in the lower elevations. Even so, widespread 70s should continue across the region.
