The National Weather Service in Santa Teresa has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for El Paso until 6:15 P.M. for 60 mile per hour winds and half dollar-sized hail.

This storm is moving to the northeast at 30 miles per hour! The Lower Valley, Central, Downtown, and East areas of El Paso is in the warned area.
