ABC-7 FIRST ALERT: Tracking a blustery Sunday evening in the Borderland, cooling down next week

Happy Halloween to the Borderland! We are under an ABC-7 First Alert for a very windy Sunday evening ahead of a powerful Pacific Cold Front. Today will be nice... highs in the 70s and tonight's temps will be in the 50s/60s.

Tomorrow afternoon, there will be a chance for isolated showers and thunderstorms. Most of the action will be to the west and north of El Paso and Las Cruces. Sunday evening, the Borderland will see wind gusts from 45-50 mph until Monday morning.

The Pacific Cold Front will arrive Monday evening and by Tuesday, highs will be in the 60s and lows in the 40s. After the front, it will be nice and quiet!
