Missing man suffers from dementia
El Paso police need the public’s help locating a man who has been missing since Tuesday afternoon.
Police say 63-year-old, Richard William Gutierrez was last seen around 2:30 p.m. when he was dropped off at a medical clinic located at the 100 block of N. Zaragosa for an appointment.
Authorities say he suffers from dementia and wandered away from the clinic and has not been seen since.
He is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has a medium brown complexion,salt and pepper hair with a mustache. He was last seen wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt and light blue jeans.
If anyone has seen Gutierrez or knows his whereabouts they are asked to call police at 915-832-4400.
