Convicted sex trafficker sentenced to 20 years in prison
A 24-year-old convicted sex trafficker is started his 20 year sentence in federal prison Friday.
Friday morning, Folk Nation and Gangster Disciples member, Emmanual Lockhart was sentenced on federal sex trafficking charges.
On top of the prison term, the judge ordered Lockhart to pay a $2,500 fine.
He will also be on supervised release for 10 years after he gets out of jail.
Testimony during the trial revealed that defendants, including lockhart, played a part in forcing people into prostitution – including people who were underage at the time.
Thursday, the same federal judge sentenced ringleader Richard Gray to life imprisonment and Deion Lockhart to 25 years imprisonment for their roles in the same scheme.
Sentencing isn’t done yet.
On Monday, former El Paso County juvenile probation officer, Timothy McCullouch Jr., goes in front of a judge.
He faces up to life in federal prison.
