Dona Ana Sheriff’s Office units responding to barricaded situation in Santa Teresa
Residents tell ABC-7 a SWAT team arrived at the home in the 200 block of Cherry Hill Lane shortly after 7 a.m. Thursday.
A domestic issue led to a person barricading his or herself in the home.
There are at least 30 Dona Ana County Sheriff’s units at the scene.
A neighbor told ABC-7 that at around 2 p.m. they heard what he believed were flash bangs. Flash bangs are often used to stun suspects in a situation like this.
