Hyundai Sun Bowl still working on this year’s halftime performance
The 2015 Hyundai Sun Bowl has its teams but it’s still missing a halftime performance.
A Sun Bowl spokesman told ABC-7 today that the organization is still efforting to get a performance for halftime.
If they cannot get one, they will still have the ceremony to honor Sun Bowl Legend Don Maynard and let the Washington State and Miami bands perform.
The Sun Bowl will be played at noon on Saturday, Dec. 26.
The 2014 Sun Bowl, which had Lonestar perform at halftime, marked the 10th year the Sun Bowl featured a halftime show.
Past halftime performers include Los Lonely Boys, Diamond Rio, Baby Bash, Rihanna, The Village People, David Archuleta, Lee Greenwood and Lee Brice.
