Fire destroys mobile home

An unoccupied mobile home in far east El Paso has been destroyed by a fire.

El Paso County Sherriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to the residence in the 12000 block of Shakespeare just after 6 p.m.

The vacant mobile home fire was fully engulfed in flames.

Horizon City, Socorro and Clint Fire departments responded to assist with extinguishing the fire.

The mobile home is estimated to be a total loss.

Fire marshals are investigating the cause of the fire.
