UIL State Track and Field Results

91. texas state track and field championships are now underway. and el paso well represented on the podium today. the best finish of the day belongs to dartez hamlin of burges in the 200. he’s in the exact middle of the screen in purple in lane five. came in with the second fastest time in the state…finishes with a silver medal. one of our bronze medalists today is daniel bernal of eastwood high school – white top…the number 8 on his shorts. there’s bernal in third place in the 6a boys 3200. what a race this was. bernal finished in third..the top two finishers however both broke the old state record! and in the girls 4a 3200..michelle estrada seen in the grey top…number 4 on her pants. she represents mountain view and represented them well today. there she is running in third. she would also take home the bronze with a time of 11-15. but wait there’s more! arielle mack of burges placed fourth in triple jump yesterday…not to worry, she would get her medal today in long jump. mack takes home the bronze. state track and
