Body pulled from canal
The El Paso Fire Department (EPFD) Water Rescue team recovered a body Thursday morning.
According to EPFD, the body was discovered on the 9900 block of Pan American Drive in the Lower Valley. The address intersects the Franklin Spur Canal.
No other information is available at this time but an ABC-7 crew is on the scene gathering more information.
