Eastlake High School security guard accused of having sex with student
A security guard at Eastlake High School is on unpaid leave after a student told administrators she had sex with the man on campus, a spokesman with Socorro ISD said.
Justin Oxendine, 26, is charged with Improper Relationship Between a Student and Educator.
According to a complaint affidavit obtained by ABC-7, two female students were taken to the school’s security office “where they listened to music” on March 2, 2016. The document does not state who took the girls to the office and for what reason.
The girls and the security guard then “walked around campus” before entering the teacher’s lounge. The document states Oxendine entered the restroom inside the lounge and “left the door slightly open.”
One of the girls then said “she wanted to do something” and Oxendine allegedly replied, “I’m not scared.” He allegedly pulled down his pants and exposed himself, the document states.
The next day Oxendine allegedly approached the girls and asked them if they “were still down?” The security guard took the girls to the teachers lounge, where he allegedly pulled down his pants again.
One of the girls undressed and the two girls debated who would perform oral sex. The girl who did not take off her clothes eventually gratified the security guard, the document states.
Oxendine picked up the girl and allegedly told her, “You (expletive) my mind and system,” according to the court document.
The security guard allegedly told the girls to be quiet because he heard a janitor, then ordered them to “leave the restroom 10 seconds after he did.”
The following day, Oxendine approached the victims and allegedly asked them if they had condoms. The girls said they did not and the security guard allegedly bought condoms at a nearby store.
After school, Oxendine took the girls to the cosmetology room where he allegedly gave the girls packs of nail kits to “keep them quiet about them being together.”
Later, the girls and the security guard entered the cosmetology locker room, where Oxendine sat down on a chair and allegedly asked “who’s going first?”
One of the girls undressed while the other took off her spandex undergarments and allegedly had sex with Oxendine for more than 20 minutes, the document states.
The intercourse ended when Oxendine got a call on his security radio and immediately left the locker room, the girl told investigators.
The girls told administrators about the alleged sexual encounters on May 19, 2016.
District officials would not say how old the girls are.
The district investigated the allegations and submitted the case to the district attorney’s office.
