Former NMSU star Jonathan Gibson signed by Dallas Mavericks
LAS VEGAS, Nevada – The Dallas Mavericks have signed former NMSU star Jonathan Gibson to a partially guaranteed three-year deal, according to The Vertical.
Gibson has been putting up solid numbers for Dallas during the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.
He scored 30 points in his first summer league game before posting 26 points a few nights later.
Gibson has spent much of his career overseas since his time at NMSU. He once led the Chinese league in scoring.
He also recently participated in the NMSU vs. UNM alumni game at The Pit in Albuquerque.
