Man accused of soliciting minor online
Police have arrested an El Paso man who allegedly tried to solicit a minor online.
41-year old Patrick Valdez, of the 10900 block of Delafield in Far East El Paso, was charged with online solicitation of a minor.
An FBI investigation claims Valdez had set up a sexual encounter with who he thought was a 15-year old girl. Instead, detectives were waiting for him and arrested him without incident on the 1600 block of Lomaland July 5th.
Valdez was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a $10,000 bond.
