Sheriff’s office identifies man found dead in Fabens
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a man in Fabens.
Investigators said the body of 26-year-old Hector A. Chavez was found in a home on the 1200 block of Bills Street Wednesday morning.
No foul play is suspected and the case remains under investigation.
