ABC-7 Listens 07.24.16

and changed how some of us watch our favorite t-v shows. rick cabrera explains in abc-7 listens. i still remember … because i was the baby in the family … having to be the human version of a remote control. when someone wanted to change the channel … i was the one who had to get up and do it. nowadays … remote controls are just one of the numerous technological advances that have made watching your favorite show a lot more convenient. from dona in las cruces … “i am very perturbed that celebrity family feud is not on as i have been waiting several weeks for it to come on. what is the deal????” dona jumped the gun just a bit. she emailed around 6 on sunday … and during the summer celebrity family feud airs at 7 on sundays. of course with d-v- r’s it’s no longer a big deal if you aren’t home when your show comes on … but there’s also another option i want to remind you of … when you completely forget to record a show … or miss it all together. all you have to do is head over to k-v-i-a dot com and scroll down to the tollbox and click watch abc. you see abc streams a majority of the shows it airs … including the season debut of celebrity family feud. ricardo had a similar complaint. “i was sad to se that you ran the same episode from the bachelorette the last two weeks! “so el paso is one wee behind! if this continues i will forsake watching your channel from now on!” actually that was repeat that was planned. since the show airs on mondays … abc opted for a re-run on july 4th. but again … streaming the show would’ve been another option. so, next time you miss your favorite abc show … before you kick your remote control in disgust … grab your mouse and try clicking on k-v-i-a dot com … instead of throwing that remote. rick cabrera. abc-7 listens.
