Airport to house temporary art exhibit; new eateries to open soon
El Paso International Airport just got more fly!
The 49th edition of the “Art Windows of El Paso” exhibit is now open for viewing.
Regional artists Yeunhee Lee and Virginia Maria Romero unveiled the newest display Wedneday.
The exhibit will be in the downstairs greeting area through Oct 28 for travelers, visitors and employees to enjoy.
“The exhibit looks nice, it really does. and I think the customers will like it too,” airport employee Timothy Gadson said.
Traveler also took note.
“It’s a refreshing feeling to see that El Paso’s growing, it looks nicer,” traveler Raul Marioni said.
The exhibit isn’t the only new thing coming to the airport. Golf fans will be happy to know that sports bar chain PGA Tour Grill will soon be coming to concourse B. Several other restaurants, including a Starbucks, will also be expanded and renovated in the coming months.
