TRAFFIC ALERT: Crash on I-10 West at Brown causing delays

A two-car crash on I-10 West near Brown is causing major traffic congestion. The crash is blocking the left lane, and traffic is backed up to Geronimo. Police dispatch says there are no injuries. Use Paisano, Alameda or the Border Highway as alternate routes.
