Man accused of sexually assaulting 14-year-old girl
Police believe there may be more victims of a man arrested a week ago and charged with Sexual Assault of a Child.
Luis Fernando Ramos, 44, allegedly raped the 14-year-old girl Saturday, August 27, 2016.
Police, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshal’s Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, arrested Ramos Sunday, September 4, 2015.
Ramos was booked into the El Paso County Jail on a bond of $150,000 bond.
The Crimes Against Children Unit believes more victims may exist, police said.
