RESULTS: 39th Tournament of Bands High School Marching Band Contest
Twenty-nine marching bands preformed in the 39th annual Tournament of Bands High School Marching Band Contest, last night in Las Cruces.
It was hosted by the NMSU Music Department and is one of the biggest and most important local band competitions.
Fourteen of the bands were from El Paso, and the other fifteen were from New Mexico.
Eastlake, Horizon, Bel Air, Eastwood, and Hanks all made it into the semi-finals.
The Top 5 are as follows.
Clovis HS – Clovis, NM Americas HS – El Paso, TX Hanks HS – El Paso, TX Montwood – El Paso, TX Onate – Las Cruces, NM
