The detective laughed, denied he was a police officer, and told Rodriguez he was just looking to have a good time. Rodriguez allegedly said she could show him a good time, but asked the detective to prove he was not a cop.

The detective asked how he could do that and Rodriguez asked him for his hand. The detective placed his hand on the arm rest and Rodriguez allegedly grabbed the hand and placed it on one of her breasts.

At this point, Rodriguez told the detective, “Now I know you’re not a cop, because if you were, that would be entraptment mother(expletive).”
