UPDATE: Foul play not suspected after man found dead in Upper Valley canal
Police say foul play is not suspected after a man was found dead in a canal in El Paso’s Upper Valley Tuesday.
Investigators said a jogger spotted the body at Lindburgh and Montoya at about 6:30 am.
Police said investigators are waiting for an autopsy report to determine the exact cause of death.
Investigators have not identified the man, only describing him as being in his 30s to 40s “based on his clothing.”
The man was found face down in a canal.
