East El Paso shooting leaves one man hospitalized

El Paso police are investigating a shooting in East El Paso, that left one man hospitalized

Officials say the exchange of gunfire happened on the 10,250 block of Saigon Drive around 4 p.m.

Details are limited at this time, however Crimes Against Persons and the Gang Unit is investigating.

A witness on scene told ABC-7 the man suffered at least one gunshot wound.

The shooting victim’s injuries are described as non-life threatening. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Police have not released if any arrests have been made, or what sparked the shooting.
