Three charged after large fight on Alameda

Police arrested and charged three people after a large fight at a residence on the 5700 block of Alameda.

The fight was reported at 6:35 am Saturday, November, 11, 2017.

As officers responded to the fight, they saw a large group of individuals attempting to flee the complex upon their arrival.

Officers later located a 20-year-old male with stab wounds and a 24-year-old female who had been assaulted.

The investigation revealed that 26-year old Michael Ray Acosta and 21-year old Rafael Rodriguez worked together to assault the male. An ABC-7 photographer was rolling as police arrested one of the suspects.

17-year old Jerrica Arredondo allegedly assaulted the 24-year-old female, police said.

Police charged Acosta with aggravated assault. Acosta’s bond was set at $270,000.

Rodriguez was charged with aggravated assault and assault. His bond was set at $50,750.

Arredondo was also charged with aggravated assault and assault. Her bond was set at $27,943.

Police said a 16-year-old boy was detained and turned over to Juvenile Probation Department to face charges of Harassment of Public Servant, Failure to Identify, Criminal Mischief, and Possession of Marijuana.

A 23-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man were charged with Public Intoxication.
