Three people sent to hospital after serious crash in East El Paso

A serious crash sent three people to the hospital Friday morning, one in serious condition, according to the El Paso Fire Department.

The I-10 West exit on Joe Battle Blvd. was closed for a few hours, but is now open.

Emergency dispatch tells ABC-7 crews had to pull the three people out of the car, which landed in a ditch on the side of the road.

The call came in on Joe Battle Blvd. and Rojas Dr. around 2:20 a.m.

Authorities have not said what caused the crash.
