Man wanted on outstanding animal cruelty warrants turns himself in
Bobby Nieves, 29, was arrested after turning himself in for two outstanding criminal warrants of Animal Cruelty.
Nieves also had outstanding warrants for unlawful restraint, assault family violence, and criminal mischief. He was once featured as one of Crime Stoppers Most Wanted on December 15, 2017.
Nieves was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with a combined total of $10,500.
