Gisele consoles Brady, children after SB loss: ‘Daddy won five times. They never won before.’
Tom Brady’s wife, Gisele Bündchen, turned her husband’s Super Bowl loss into a teaching moment for their children after two of them started crying after the game.
Bündchen, referring to the Philadelphia Eagles, told her children, “they haven’t won in a million years.”
A USA reporter who witnessed the motherly moment wrote Brady’s two sons and daughter were not easily consoled.
When Brady’s daughter said, “The Eagles won the Super Bowl,” her mother replied, “Just this time. Daddy won five times. They never won before … You have to let someone else win sometimes.”
