Tattoo expo hits the Borderland

More than 150 artists from all over the country came to El Paso for the Star City Tattoo & Arts Expo.

Hundreds of people will be heading to the El Paso Convention Center to get tattoos and enjoy performances from special guests.

“There are tattoo artists from around the world and country,” tattoo artist Jimmy Sauceda said. “We all just set up and show our skill and work and basically get the art out there and show what we can do to promote our businesses.”

The live tattooing, artists and vendors will continue until March 4.

Tickets range from $20 to $45.

Doors open at noon and the event ends at 10 p.m. each day.
