Power restored in Northeast El Paso after overnight outage

A crash was behind Tuesday night’s power outage in Northeast El Paso, according to El Paso Electric.

It tweeted that crews restored power to nearly 2,270 customers in the area, most of which are near Rushing and Fairbanks.

Other customers being were around Railroad and Deer Avenue, where one crash was reported around 8:45 p.m.

Another crash was reported at Gateway South and Kenworthy around the same time.
