StormTRACK Weather: Temperatures climb into the 80s this week
High temperatures will warm well above normal for the rest of the week. The warmest temperatures will be Thursday and Friday, with near-record high temperatures. Windy conditions return Friday with some areas of blowing dust and sand. The strongest winds will be in the northeast and on the east sides of town. A cold front will drop temperatures a few degrees this weekend.
El Paso Wednesday: Mostly Sunny. Highs around 81 degrees.
Las Cruces Wednesday: Sunny. Highs .around 79 degrees.
