‘Spring into Summer’ food drive comes to a close
The El Pasoans Fighting Hunger food bank teamed up with ABC-7 and local Albertson’s stores for the ‘Spring Into Summer’ food drive campaign.
The campaign is to prepare for summer months when children are out of school and their families need a meal.
Food donations are currently being accepted at any El Paso or Las Cruces Albertson’s store. You can also make cash donations at the register when you pay.
Susan Goodell, CEO of El Pasoans Fighting Hunger, tells ABC-7 that the food bank is currently working on new projects that will help benefit local schools.
