Southwest Community Champions Invaders Track Team

The eight and under Invaders track team are headed to Nationals next week and they are also our Southwest Community Champions.

The girls practice out at Coronado High School.

This is what coach Rose Corral had to say, “Its fun you know, they are 8 and under, so you see them perform at this level. Its amazing to see what they are capable of. Its awesome!”

These ladies will be going to Nationals next week to compete in the relay and the long jump!

Coach Agie Raines added, “they are eight and under, so we have a great time with the girls. They are all very dedicated to track, they love it so much. And we are just really proud of them.”

Nationals will be held in Greensboro North Carolina.

They will be having a fundraiser on Sunday the 22 nd of July at the Walmart on Doniphan and Redd Road, they also have a go fund me account.
