Police are searching for sex offender
The El Paso County Sheriffs Office is searching for a sex offender who fled from a Transitional Living Center in Horizon City.
Deputies say Carlos Espinoza walked away from the El Paso Transitional Living Center on Wednseday.
He is wanted for parole violation, attempted sexual assault and kidnapping, authorities say. His original charge was for attempted sexual assault on a 30 year old woman. If you have any information, police are asking you to call the sheriffs office at 915-538-2008
