3 allegedly found with heroin and meth outside Motel 6 in Central El Paso

Police officers arrested two men and a woman from New Mexico allegedly in possession of heroin and methamphetamine.

27-year-old Lexus M. Hammet, of Carlsbad, New Mexico, is charged with” Possession of Controlled Substance (Heroin >4grams<200 grams)."

47-year-old Brian Najar, of Carlsbad, New Mexico, is charged with “Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth >1gram <4grams)."

24-year-old Brytani Kupcak, of Loving, New Mexico, is charged with “Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.”

The arrests were made at the Motel 6 at 6363 Montana on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at about 12:11 p.m., police said.

Policesaid Kupcak was in possession of two syringes that contained heroin residue, Hammet was allegedly in possession of 64.5 grams of heroin in his front pocket, and Naja was allegedly in possession of 2.8 grams of methamphetamine.

Hammet was jailed on a $100,000 bond. Najar was jailed on a $30,000 bond.
