Tornillo football team featured in documentary series co-produced by Tom Brady

The Tornillo football team will get its moment in the spotlight this Wednesday at 6 p.m. on the Audience Network.

The documentary series “Religion of Sports,” which is co-produced by Tom Brady and Michael Strahan, will profile the Coyotes and a team from Juarez known as the Titanes.

The two teams faced off with the Titanes, a juggernaut in football in their home country, squaring off against a Coyotes team looking to find success going forward.

The episode will “dive into a number of hot button issues going on between the two countries right now and how these kids use football as a means of opportunity to escape many of the challenges they face on a daily basis off the field,” according to a preview released by the network.
