El Paso High School All-Star Football Game Individual Skills Competition

We are about a week away from the Greater El Paso Football Showcase. This is the second year of the event. Instead of east versus west the coaches get together and draft their teams.

Yesterday was the skills challenge, quarterback edition. Players were supposed to drop back and throw a ball into a barrel for 5 points or if you hit the barrel that’s one point. While I was there I only saw one quarterback hit the barrel, and naturally it was a Franklin Cougar!
Danny Walther wont be able to play in the game next week because hes only a junior. But im sure he will get in the game next year.
