TRAFFIC ALERT: All lanes on I-10 East at Vinton reopened after wreck
El Paso Police have reopened I-10 East at Vinton after a wreck involving a pair of tractor trailors.
At about 2:30 p.m., police said all eastbound lanes were closed until further notice. The freeway was reopened at about 5:30 p.m.
