Results: El Paso Community College Board of Trustees Election

Voters elected three El Paso Community College board trustees Saturday.

Elected trustees serve six year terms.

In District 4, voters elected a permanent trustee to the seat vacated by Selena Solis, who decided to run for a state district court. In November 2018, Solis was elected to Texas District Court 243. Christina Sanchez, appointed in January to the District 4 seat, was elected to a full term.

In District 6, voters elected a trustee to the seat vacated by Art Fierro, who decided to run for another office.

FINAL RESULTS

District No. 4:

Christina Sanchez (I) – 1,505 (65%) Frank Maciás – 381 (19%) Nicolás Domínguez – 334 (16%)

District No. 5:

Linda Gonzalez-Hensgen – 1,151 (49.76%) Carmen Olivas Graham (I) – 1,162 (50.24%)

District No. 6:

Nina Piña – 1,675 (70%) Saul Candelas – 707 (30%)
