ABC-7 First Alert; Strong winds for Monday and cool temperatures

El Paso, Texas-- Cool start to the morning. We have some high level clouds moving into the borderland, but overall we should see mostly sunny skies. A warm afternoon with temps topping off in the mid 60s. Big changes arrive on Monday. A high wind watch is in effect for portions of southern New Mexico. Winds could gust as high as 50 MPH. Tuesday we will see a significant drop in temperatures as well as a rain/snow mix. Wednesday will be our coldest day with a high expected at 40.
