ABC-7 First Alert: Record Heat Thursday – Winds, colder air arrive Friday.

Temps will be the hottest all year for Thursday as we hit around 100 degrees. Winds will kick a bit out of the S/W during afternoon at 30 mph.

A strong cold front arrives early Friday AM causing gusts to hit 50 mph for the west side of town. Be sure and secure patio items, trampolines, garbage cans. Temps behind the front will drop our high from Thursday some 15-20 degrees. We could see highs in the mid 70's.
