StormTrack Weather: Scattered showers expected to continue throughout Mother’s day evening

StormTrack Weather: Sunday Evening

EL PASO, Texas-- The start of Mother's Day Sunday was a cloudy and cool one. Light showers moved into our area early this morning but did not last long.

We got a break from the clouds and light rain this afternoon, but not before another system moved in late this afternoon causing our winds to pick up and more scattered showers to approach our area.

Currently there are light showers and thunderstorms across the western zones and Hudspeth county. These rain chances will continue into tonight and early Monday. Activity moves out of the area Monday night.

We warm up to seasonal and dry out for this next week with not much change day to day.
