Big rattlesnake found on doorstep of west El Paso business causes scary situation
A scary situation for one business in west El Paso, when it found a big rattlesnake on its doorstep.
The business called the City of El Paso Animal Services, but found out it couldn’t help in this situation.
Instead, you need to call Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and it will catch the snake and release it into the wild.
Animal Control said in 2018 it received more than 1,900 wildlife calls, which included skunks, deer, bats and other wildlife. About 300 of those calls were for snakes.
So far this year, it has received 1,500 wildlife calls and 291 of those were for snakes.
