El Paso man arrested for alleged possession of 15,000 child porn images
EL PASO, Texas -- El Paso police arrested 19-year-old Frank James Fuller after officers reportedly seized over 15,000 images of child pornography.
Police said that detectives with the El Paso Police Department along with Homeland Security Investigations conducted search warrants on May 13 two apartments at 5249 Wren Avenue, both reportedly residences of Fuller
Police said multiple digital devices were seized and subsequent forensic analysis uncovered over hundreds of obscene pornographic images of children. Police said many images included very young children and babies.
Fuller was taken into custody Thursday and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on 4 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. His bonds totaled $500,000.
