Troy Aikman to make El Paso stop to promote his line of beer
EL PASO, Texas -- Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman will make several El Paso stops to promote "Eight," his own line of beer, on Monday, June 20.
According to various bars, Aikman will make appearances at Cabo Joe's at 4 p.m., Headquarters Tap House at 5 p.m. and the Union Drafthouse on Sunland at 6 p.m.
"Eight" Elite Light Lager is described as being made with organic grains and anti-oxidant-rich hops.
On the "Eight" beer website, Aikman says, "Beer is fundamentally about bringing people together, and I'm grateful for the new connections we get to make every day."
In the early days of developing our beer, my partners and I would talk about how cool it would be to one day see an EIGHT advertisement on the side of a delivery truck. We now know. So grateful for all the incredible people at Andrews Distributing for supporting our brand!🍺 pic.twitter.com/s0oeFClnST
