Arians: Struggling Bears offense better than numbers suggest

The Tampa Bay Bucaneers don’t trust the numbers when it comes to evaluating Chicago’s struggling offense. Coach Bruce Arians says Bears quarterback Justin Fields is big, athletic and has a tremendous arm, plus the ability to hurt defenses with his legs. Arians also says the Bears have some talented playmakers around the rookie, who’ll face the defending Super Bowl champions on the road Sunday.
