Falcons face Seahawks, look to avoid another 0-3 start
By The Associated Press
SEATTLE (AP) — The Atlanta Falcons know this is a rebuilding season, but would like to avoid facing another 0-3 start. That means Atlanta needs to find a way to win in Seattle on Sunday against the Seahawks. Atlanta lost its opener at home against New Orleans and fell to 0-2, losing last week against the Los Angeles Rams despite a late comeback. Atlanta also started 0-3 in 2020. The Seahawks are looking to bounce back after last week’s 27-7 loss to San Francisco. While Geno Smith is playing solid at quarterback, the Seahawks need to get their run game going. Seattle is last in the league in averaging 56 yards rushing through two games.
